We help our people reach their goals and treat clients and employees with integrity and respect.
Our culture is built on teamwork and collaboration. We are a meritocracy that rewards talent and innovation rather than position or tenure, and we support the ongoing training and development of our people.
Every decision we make is judged by the value it brings to our clients. Our culture is expressed through five guiding principles:
Our clients’ interests always come first. We aim for flawless execution, go the extra mile and never promise what we cannot deliver — bringing innovation, creativity, quality and dedication to every solution.
We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and comply fully with laws and regulations. We admit mistakes, welcome constructive disagreement and maintain processes and controls that protect our reputation.
A pioneering spirit drives us to deliver better solutions. We take pride in being first, and we are an energetic, ideas-centred and creative organisation.
We hire, develop and retain the best professionals and reward merit. We value diversity, supported by employee networks and diversity action plans backed by senior management.
We work seamlessly across regions and functions as one group, help colleagues achieve their goals, have little tolerance for bureaucracy and politics, and encourage open discussion.
Our Board of Directors brings experience across finance, law, capital markets and project review.
